Terms & Conditions — Loyalty Scheme
1. About the Scheme
Den Loyalty Group is a loyalty rewards programme operated jointly by Clay23 Limited (trading as Den 97) and Vibe 84 Limited (trading as Den 42). By registering you agree to these terms.
2. Earning Points
- Members earn 10 points for every £1 spent on food, drink, and gaming at Den 97 or Den 42.
- A one-time welcome bonus of 100 points is awarded when you earn points for the first time.
- Points are awarded at the time of transaction and are subject to confirmation by staff.
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift vouchers, third-party bookings, or where otherwise excluded.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Rewards & Redemption
- Rewards are available from 500 points (£5 off), increasing in 500-point increments up to a maximum of 5,000 points (£50 off).
- Rewards are redeemed as a discount off your bill at either Den 97 or Den 42.
- Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.
- Redemption is subject to the discretion of staff and the management of each venue.
4. Points Expiry
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no earn or redeem transaction).
- We will send a reminder notification before points are expired, where contact preferences allow.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
5. Birthday Reward
- Members who provide their birthday receive a complimentary birthday drink on or around their birthday each year.
- The birthday reward must be redeemed in person at Den 97 or Den 42 within 7 days of the member's birthday.
- One birthday reward per member per calendar year. Valid on soft drinks, house beer, or house wine only, subject to availability.
- Proof of identity may be required.
6. Referral Scheme
- When a referred friend joins and earns points for the first time, both the referrer and the new member receive a 20% discount off their next visit.
- The discount is valid for 30 days from activation and is applied by staff upon request.
- The discount applies to the total bill at Den 97 or Den 42, excluding service charge.
- One referral discount per person per qualifying referral. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Self-referral is not permitted. Den Loyalty Group reserves the right to revoke referral rewards if misuse is suspected.
7. Account & Membership
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- You must be aged 18 or over to register.
- Den Loyalty Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty scheme at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the scheme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
Clay23 Limited and Vibe 84 Limited jointly operate Den Loyalty Group and act as joint data controllers in respect of your personal data.
2. What Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth (optional).
- Transaction data: points earned and redeemed, site visited, date and time.
- Device data: push notification subscription details (if you opt in).
- Communication preferences: your chosen notification channels and topics.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate your loyalty account and process points transactions.
- To send transactional messages (e.g. thank-you messages after a visit, birthday rewards).
- To send marketing communications where you have given consent (offers, events, promotions).
- To generate your unique loyalty QR code.
- To improve our service and understand how the loyalty scheme is used.
4. Legal Basis
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the loyalty scheme.
- Consent: marketing communications (you may withdraw consent at any time).
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, scheme security.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (SMS provider, email provider, push notification service) solely to deliver communications on our behalf. All providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is closed or deleted, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where legal obligations require longer retention.
7. Your Rights

8. Unsubscribing
You can manage your notification preferences at any time from your profile page. To unsubscribe from all marketing, toggle off all marketing preferences in the app, or contact us directly.
